Jan Clement

Jan studied silviculture and geo-information technology. For over 25 years he worked as a forest and nature geo-information researcher, amongst others at Wageningen University and the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2014 he got involved in the EnergyCoin community and specialised in distributed ledger technique, the technique that is the foundation of the blockchain technique where information is being shared publicly, decentralized and synchronized within a network.

Under his management the EnergyCoin made a restart in April 2015 and is now ready for the future.

The energy efficient EnergyCoin was founded to green up the economy. Jan is very passionate about this. His heart is at restoring and protecting nature.
